In the call of the "planning", many colleges and universities now implemented using a variety of management information systems to manage the affairs of the various types of school work.Currently, most universities have achieved on enrollment, academic, library and other business information management, however, the development of information management in dormitory is very slow. The main reasons for this situation are two:First, the student dormitory as part of the logistics sector, is often difficult to apply to the relevant construction funds.The second, The traditional dormitory managers generally do not have computer expertise so that it is difficult for them to take advantage of computer technology to manage dormitory. So many universities still use the traditional way of doing recording to manage dormitory. However, dormitory as the main place of student living and learning, with a high accommodation density, large number of groups, management services and other miscellaneous features.At the same time,as the number of students getting larger, the traditional manual management methods increasingly Vietnam can not meet the needs of the dormitory management. In order to make the college dormitory management standardization and systematization, avoid manual management of arbitrariness, improving the speed and accuracy of dormitory information to add, find, modify, delete, to develop a dormitory information management system applied to the daily dormitory management is very urgent.In this paper, together with the present situation of university students’ dormitory management, based on the business needs of their students dormitory management, from the perspective of software engineering point of view, conducted a systematic analysis and design on the basic information management, distribution management dormitory, leaving home late management, repair of public property management, visitor information management, access to goods management, health appraisal management, notification management modules, describes a user-friendly, feature-rich, easy to operate from a student hostel information management system analysis, design and realization of the process.In addition,we carried out relevant research and design about the key issues involved in the system,the paper. A safe and efficient data encryption are used to solve the problem of protecting the sensitive data of system users; e-mails are designed to resolve the instant communication problems between dormitory administrator and students; The MVC design pattern is used to solve the issues of code reuse, modification and maintenance. |
