Creative Commons and technological means are the important ways of protecting copyright of digital resources. we can advance the legal use of digital resource right and promote the knowledge sharing and reuse by protecting the digital resource validly. It has been a hot issues that we can protect and identify right owners legal interests while we possess the public welfare,openness,sharing of digital educational resources.Traditional digital rights management system has made a thorough exploration into the security of digital contents and copyright description. It is only after encrypting, embedding watermark, sealing and signing that the content can be distributed safely.Due to the consumable characteristic of digital content rights, dynamic nature of right description and the new need of copyright protection, DRM systems need adjusting and perfecting on systematic structure and interaction protocols to satisfy continuous authorization, track and supervision.The paper explores the identification of content right in digital contents copyright protection,tracking model and methods and the approach to realize it. The paper mainly researches the following tasks:(1) Research on identification and tracking system model of digital content rights.Research the identification and tracking model based on the traditional model of the DRM system;Investigate technologies and means related to implement system.This task includes watermark embedding, extraction method and content sealing method.Redesign the structure of license in my paper,which is based on analysis open digital right language.(2) Research on identification and tracking system protocols.Through analysis the usage tracing,traitor tracing and copyright identification,I design protocols and message structure among modules in the system.(3) Analyze and design the right identification of digital content and tracking system in detail in the paper,including the package tools,license servers,content player,content server and identification server.(4) Implement the right identification of digital content and tracking system. We implement the system based on encryption,watermark and interaction protocol and so on, then, In order to test the system functions We carry out the applied analysis into digital educational resources,Compared with the similar papers, the advantage of my paper is that We design and realize the right identification of digital content and tracking system,which can identify the copyright of the digital resources, track the right use and redistribute users’ rights. Besides, the system cross processes digital resources by using encryption technique of elliptic curve, watermark technology. Last but not least, the system enhances the processing speed and safety of digital resources, which lays the foundation of the full use of the systematic function. |
