| It is a very terrible situation for today’s occupational hazards of metal and nonmetal underground mines, together with factors that occupational hazards being found in many places and wide areas, weak awareness of mines enterprises to protect the hazards, and occupational health supervision system were not perfect, what lead to a low standard of most mines’ occupational health. Therefore, Occupational health management&information system of metal and nonmetal underground mines has been developed in this paper aimed to transform manage mode of occupational health from traditional macro-control to management&supervision real-timely after intelligent data processing, improve supervision ability for mines’ occupational hazards, and prevent occupational diseases and hazards emergencies from happening.Firstly occupational health management&information system is summarized. Based on repuirement analysis of system, the system is developed by using B/S model, using PHP as development language environment of sever, browsering like IE 〠firefox 〠google and chrome as operation environment of client, and using Apache which is the most popular as Web sever software, SQLite database as platform to manage data of system.Starting with four aspects: occupational hazards factors in working places, company’s occupational health management condition, worker’s situation, and vision condition of department, this paper had taken deep analysis and choose 12 factors like hazards during production, occupational health guardianship, and workers’ quality as second evaluation indexes; choose 39 factors such as dust, poison and personal protective equipments etc. as third ones to construct an index system of occupational hazards. Then based on fuzzy mathematics theory, it determined membership degree sets via evaluation rules, using method of Analsis Hierarchy Process and improved AHP method to calculate and correct weights of indexes, established fuzzy mathematics model of occupational hazards self-evaluation. Meanwhile, this paper described the database of self-evaluation system and its function&constructure design.Finally, this paper has completed the system’s implementation which included pages design, function&constructure design and display technology. According to demands of utilization and management of diffirent user’s information, the system has completed its command of visit right. And a company called Fenyi iron, whose mine called Da Pingshang has been used into the system as an application example, showed great interest and appreciation in the system.The development of system has great practical significance. Based on implementation of informatization management, it provides superior information platform and aid decision making ideas for company managers to do occupational health work. |
