With the rapid development of science and technology and the profound changes in the production model, a variety of information technology in the manufacturing sector has been widely applied. In the process of production, processing, assembly, use and maintenance, a huge amount of information will be produced. The information is mostly stored by the form of discrete data files, related to each other is not strong, often also involves data management, text processing and report processing and other issues. This paper combines engineering practical requirements of the AVIC Xi’an Flight Automatic Control Research Institute, and studies process information of sensor related parameters how to dynamically generated, and with the powerful Word document processing capabilities, develops a documents rapid generation system of product parameters based on C++Builder.This paper first presents the needs of process information integration in the product whole life cycle management of products, and points out the shortcomings and limitations of traditional craft integrated information existed in the file. Then according to the user’s requirements of practical application, this paper puts forward a documents rapid generation system of product parameters, and introduces the overall design scheme of the system. According to the design scheme of the system, this paper presents the development of C ++ Builder integrated visualization environment and the principle of using OLE automation technology called a Word document, and makes a detailed introduction of several Word object model and its encapsulation class feature used in this system.Based on the study of related development tools and related technologies, this paper makes an intensive study about specific implementation of the key technology to build the system, including the construction of application program interface and the generation of Word process documents by OLE technology. The application program interface also includes the construction of directory tree structure and the management of node content. On the one hand, the paper analyses the relevant components to build the system interface and their realization method. Through a program searching and retrieving a PAR file which describes the data and data structures of product parameter information, it displays directory tree structure and the management of node content on the system interface. On the other hand, in view of the Word object model, it puts forward the design scheme, and calls the Word application process to achieve the generation of the Word document. Application of these technologies, associating the product parameters on the interface with the product parameters in the Word process document through a bookmark location, it realizes the generation of text, tables and graphics data information in the Word process document.Finally, in combination of the above techniques and basic theories, it develops a documents rapid generation systems of product parameters of sensor. Using this system, it can meet the needs of the product life cycle. Through the system program interface, for all kinds of information to guide the product development, production and maintenance stages are integrated. These information in the texts, tables and model views, etc. in the interface on display are for staff to reference. In the same time with the generation of Word process documents by automation technology, it realizes the real-time update and release of the information on the interface in the process document, and it is good to meet the requirements of engineering practice.
