| As conventional wireless communication technology, HF radio systems are widely used for its advantage in long distance transmission. In recent years, with the development of digital signal processing and software radio technology, HF communications technologies have rapidly progressed and HF radio systems are developing towards the direction of digitalization, modularization, intellectualization, networking, and integrated service.Automatic Link Establishment(ALE) technology is one of the key technologies in HF communications. Based on the American military standard MIL-STD-188-141 A and MIL-STD-188-141 B, the Second Generation(2G) and the Third Generation(3G) ALE protocols are studied in this thesis. The HF communication control system with 2G-ALE and 3G-ALE protocols is designed and implemented on DSP platform.Firstly, the 2G-ALE and 3G-ALE asynchronous mode protocols in 141 A and 141 B are introduced in this thesis. Secondly, the 3G-ALE synchronous mode protocols are discussed, which are compatible with the 3G-ALE asynchronous mode calling. Then, frequency-hopping communication technologies are briefly described. In addition, the Traffic Management protocol in 141 B is supplemented and expanded by designing some new protocols for service switching and remote GPS positioning. Finally, the entire ALE system and the other functions are realized by programming on the TMS320C6713 DSP platform. The performance and functions are tested in real HF wireless channel, and the results indicate that the requirement of system can be satisfied. |
