In recent years, with the popularity of mobile communications, security problems in mobile communications is receiving more and more attention, more and more intense competition of equipment manufacturers, the security problem in the communication network has been referred to the primary position.FTP(File Transfer Protocol) is one of the earliest to provide services, through the FTP service, users can obtain the required data from the remote computer authorized for the exchange of information between communication, bidirectional transmissiondocument provides an effective means of. But FTP period earlier and priority is the transmission efficiency, the protocol itself does not provide safety, security is poor, and now the demand forsecure file transfer is more and more outstanding, the userinformation is easy to steal, communication network security isvery big hidden trouble.Overseas operators requirements on the communication network security is very large, if the operator is found not to conform to the safety requirements, the equipment supplier will suffer huge losses, therefore, the communication network security is captured in the overseas market, very important link of profitable enterprises. This paper studies the existing network security technology, introduces a symmetric encryption algorithm, the non symmetric encryption algorithm, PKI public key technology, then introduces the SSl protocol, and the existing FTP protocol were analyzed for the FTP protocol safety problems exist, use the FTP protocol extension FTPS(FTP Over SSL) protocol to solve the problem over and over again, and finally design a transformation of FTPS FTP test program.
