The Design And Realization Of Database Platform About Informatization Of Basic Education In Hubei Based On The SSH Framework

After more than 20 years of development, the educational informationization in China has made considerable progress since the 1990s, facing unprecedented opportunities in present China. Our country and many provinces have issued guidance documents such as the " long-term plan for education reform and development " Besaides our country has put a series of educational information related to the project into practice, which have achieved remarkable results, take the "School to school" project and the "Modern distance education project in rural primary and secondary schools" for example. However, compared with the construction of the infrastructure, research about the inspection and evaluation of educational informationization is in a fledging period in our country. There are many problems with the educational informention data, such as the data is widely distributed, the acquisition standard is not unified, and the acquisition methods difference. These problems lead the policy makers and researchers are difficult to inspect and evaluate the level of educational informationization and the level of primary and secondary school teachers in IT application capabilities. In addition, a large number of relevant literature about educational informationization flood in the network, so the primary and secondary school education workers are facing many difficults in getting effective information timely. The " educational informatization development planning of Hubei province (2014-2010)" published in August 2014 has made a clear requirement about performance evaluation and resource sharing, and put these contents as a major project to implement.This study focuses on the design and realization of database platform of informatization of basic education in Hubei. This platform based on the SSH framework, arming at releaseing information about educational informationzation and collecting the construction level of Hubei educational informatization and ability of using information technology of teachers in primary and secondary school in Hubei. Besides this system process data with formula of discrete tendency and central tendency and the graphical reporting technology, in order to preliminary assess these data and display the result in graph view. And the administrator can export data to a Excel document, so as to provide first-hand survey data to relatiive researchers. In addition, we develop a literature retrieval network platform by the full-text retrieval technology. This research mainly do the following work:(1)Summarizing the present research sitiutation of special database in and out China and technology used indeveloping this system. First I analyse the status of the special database system and educational resource database system in China and abroad, to private a reference for this system. Then I collect technicial documents to achive goles of this system.(2) Requirement analysis and design of the "database platform of informatization of basic education in Hubei". First I analyse the requirement in the system’s functional requirements and non functional requirements. Then I design this system in the architecture design, function design and database design of the system.(3) Realization and Application Research of the "database platform of informatization of basic education in Hubei".Developing this system with J2EE technology, reporting technology, full-text retrieval technology and mysql database based on the SSH framework. Then I test this system in the LAN, and analyse the test result.
