| With the development of higher education in our country,University on cultivating the students’ comprehensive ability of consciousness constantly strengthen, student achievement assessment indicators continue to enrich, Students’ usual grades of quantitative management get the attention of the colleges. But many college without perfect grades evaluation index system, there’s not a good student grades management platform. In order to achieve the grades of efficient management, improve the students’ learning enthusiasm, this paper is dedicated to establish a perfect grades evaluation index system, the formation of grades of quantitative management model, and establish the grades of quantitative management platform.This paper studies the current domestic and foreign grades quantitative management index system and the grades quantitative management model, report the main grades of evaluation indexes and the existing grades quantitative management model: quantitative model based on the weighted average grades and grades based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of quantitative management models, and the grades quantitative management model based on analytic hierarchy process (AHP).Based on these models set up grades index evaluation system, and put forward to improve the grades of quantitative management model:Using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to determine the weight of each evaluation index in the grades, and then according to the plan of each evaluation index of assessment, calculated the score of each assessment,teachers in the process of practical teaching according to students’ performance evaluation was made.On the basis of evaluation model, to develop a quantitative grades management platform, the construction of the platform adopts B/S mode, using JavaWeb technology, using MySQL database. Platform is divided into teachers, students, administrators of three modules, the administrator can create the grades of student performance evaluation index system, and set a reasonable weight for each evaluation index, realize evaluation model to create; Administrator client can query the grades and the realization in the teacher’s teaching supervision, to ensure the rationality of the evaluation model. Teachers are free to create suitable for the courses of evaluation index and weight, also can choose the given fixed model, can realize the management of grades (input, modify, query, etc.). Students can through this system, timely find out anything about their grades, and can submit a job online, and can leave a message to teachers.Grades of quantitative management platform of the actual application reduced the teacher trivial work, teachers can timely give students’ grades according to students’ classroom performance. the development of the platform have great help for the teaching reform. |
