| As the depth application of the railway informatization software system, to require maintenance stations continue to strengthen reform of maintenance process and intelligent operation.The past information system of locomotive maintenance existed problems which the collection of production data is backward, the using of maintenance production data is not high and the flexibility of the system itself is relatively low.It’s impossible to comprehensive monitoring the process of locomotive maintenance to lead the problems of leakage detection and leakage repair of locomotives.The fundamental reason is that "information fault" and "information island" problem between the upper management and workshop production.Therefore, the thesis introducing a new generation information technology of Internet of things in locomotive maintenance production process, using a variety of sensing devices to obtain real-time production data and the attribute information of object in the workshop and integrate the data of locomotive repair to the information system of locomotive maintenance and improve the using of the data of locomotive repair to give comprehensive decision-making, analysis and monitoring to the various application service in the information system of locomotive maintenance for Internet of things. Specific studies are as follows:Firstly,the thesis puts forward the goal and the principle of locomotive overhaul information system for Internet of things and design the overall power structure and the overall functional structure of locomotive overhaul information. According to the overall design, using the perception technology of Internet of things, such as qr code identification,intelligent detection equipment, handheld terminals to realize the effective acquisition of the data in the maintenance production workshop.Second, the thesis aims at various sensors in locomotive overhaul for the Internet of things is hard to access to the information system.The thesis analyzes the characteristics of the repair data in the repair workshop and the existing data integration methods.Then the thesis designs the data integration methods based on XML and Web Service to make the data in the workshop of perception equipment to access to the information system to provide the basis for application services.Thirdly,the purpose of this thesis is to establish a dynamic locomotive overhaul business process engine and use the model of event detection to acquire Internet of things data for process activitie so as to drive automatic operation of the maintenance process.Maintenance process in the system throughout the course of locomotive maintenance, including the locomotive overhaul,accessories maintenance,etc.It implements the organic connection of various modules and the visualization of maintenance process management system for the Internet of things to solve the fault problems between management and workshop production.Fourthly, according to the actual needs,the thesis develop the locomotive overhaul information system for the Internet of things. |
