Research On The Marginalition Problem Of The County-1Evel Library

County Library is an important documents and information service who is located in the county-level city. It is a connecting hub, who undertakes the provincial, municipal public library and downward radiation township and village library (room). It is the center for the people of one region to access the information and it not only serves the county residents, but also the majority of the peasants. However, as the development of the information industry and the information technology, the obtain, supply and spread of the information more and more tend to be mobile and digital. Since the traditional management system and model, the limited collection and the simple passive service of the county library, it is too hard to meet the need of the users in digital times. Therefore, the functions of the county library are replaced, the role they played is weakening gradually and the status of prior learning centers, knowledge centers is lost. The county libraries are marginalized gradually.Contents of this paper can be roughly divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.
