Design And Implementation Of Non-standard Video Monitoring Network System

In recent years, with the development of city construction engineeringconstruction of strengthening police with science and technology demonstration,many cities in the country have set up a lot of television monitoring probes withdifferent manufacturers, different models in public areas, and have built up a largenumber of different standards and monitoring system. But the standard of thesemonitoring systems is not unified, management is not standard, application of imageresources is not perfect, the information can not be shared, there is a large number ofislanding phenomenon, and so on. It is unable to achieve cross regional videosharing, limit the further working of safety engineering. Therefore, it is urgent tosolving the network problems of different manufacturers, different typesnon-standard video surveillance platform. This thesis explores the design andimplementation of non-standard video network system research using videomonitoring, communication, computer network, system integration, SIP protocol,RTP protocol and H.264codec technologies and so on; the main results are asfollows:(1) The different communication protocol, media data from differentmanufacturers are accessed to non-standard video surveillance network systemaccording to the unified SIP protocol, H.264codec and RTP package, it makes thenon-standard video network system having the capability of cross platform and multitype terminal network.(2) The non-standard video network gateway is successfully developed, thecontrol protocol network in the real time transformation and conversion among thenon-standard video surveillance platforms are achieved, the media formattransformation and conversion are also achieved. Video browsing, video playback,video downloading and camera controlling across to the platforms and regions are allachieved.(3) Non-standard video format is creatively unified, the various manufacturersincompatible non-standard video are storied and played according to uniform format.It is a useful exploration of unified storage standard of non-standard video media, itbelongs to the major technological innovation.
