Therefore, in order tomake the demolition work more smooth and successful, communication must be donefirstly, and difficulties, which may be encountered, with their solutions are supposedto be taken into account secondly, then the rules and specifications of demolition layout and unqualified workers and tools filtered out, which finally will guarantee thework accomplished on time.This topic will combine with the GIS technology, and try to do the demolitionwith the most efficiently ways. With the application of MapInfo geographyinformation, the system adopted by this paper will can calculate out thedismantlement scope and rate of demolition process by real time. Meantime withsome modifications, the GIS system can also help us to predict the cost of demolitionworks, which makes the management more standard and reasonable. Finally on the basic of UML modeling method and Oracle database, processed data will be handledin time, making the achievement feasible and favorable.
