In increasingly progress of science and technology of today, as the microelectronics sensor technology, computer technology, wireless communication technology and network technology and other technical is advancing, gave birth to the wireless sensor network, in the limited volume which not only can collect monitoring area of all kinds of information, processing the collected monitoring information but also can through the wireless communication transmission to the user. WSN is composed of a large number of cheap sensor nodes, they were randomly deployed in need of monitoring area, by wireless communication way of gathering information transmission, these nodes each other to form a multiple hops self-organizing network.WSN deployment not only monitoring environment in a large range and usually few people watch During monitoring, if monitoring the environment and the network topology results dynamic changes or the need for users to change their own monitoring, which requires to reprogramming of WSN, to adjust the software function of the sensor node. In some large network or a node deployment under the condition of bad environment, artificial manually is a mission impossible.WSN need enables the administrator to through wireless remote node software updates, while wireless transmission process a large demand for energy reduces the network survival time. In the process of data packet transmission, important way to realize energy efficient use of WSN is the topobgical structure and the transmission power control. The research of this paper is in the process of WSN reprogramming, design a kind of WSN topology control protocol based on power control. With high efficiency and energy saving for primary design goals, and aiming at the existing reprogramming protocol network life cycle is short, poor anti-interference, in this paper, it put forward a kind of energy efficient transmission power control which are based on minimum node degree reprogramming protocols.MNDTPC agreement divided in two stages to complete data transmission, network optimization and the sending node selection phase. First of all, according to each node of network of the residual energy, the transmission power of the largest, the node degree and link quality for the network to Initialization. In the stage of the network optimization, this paper proposes a optimization based on minimum node degree mechanism, through the node degree, node density, and M the percentage of the degree of node and so on, to produce the adjustment model of transmission range to construct efficient to optimize the network. The sending node selection stage, have update packets between the source node sending node selection information, through comparing energy power and the residual energy information, in order to determine the sending node. Finally, this article through OMNeT++simulation software based on the minimum node transmission power control reprogramming protocol simulation, compared with existing agreements and theory analysis, objective evaluation each agreement of the advantages and limitations, proved MNDTPC protocol in network communication can ensure the continuity and uniform distribution network load under the premise of effective implementation of the high efficiency and energy saving in the transmission process.
