RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) takes advantages of contactless、strong anti-interference ability、identifying multiple objects simultaneously, then becomes as one of the most widely used techniques in the field of automatic recognition gradually.With the continuous development and application of RFID technology, privacy and security issues involved is especially outstanding. In the condition of resource limitation、wireless transmission and signal broadcast, which makes the RFID tag face security and privacy issues about tracking、monitoring、tampering and so on.Thus, to protect its privacy and security has become one of the key problems to be solved in RFID application.On one hand, because RFID tags with low cost,its storage、communication and computing capability are very limited,the security and privacy scheme based on the traditional encryption technology is not suitable for low cost RFID tags. The existing security and privacy protection scheme of RFID tag concerns more about RFID communication between reader and tag in the security and privacy than RFID tag data integrity.On the other hand,the current protection of RFID tag data integrity protection of fragile watermarking scheme is nominally.Not only a malicious attacker can obtain the watermark by guessing, but also the watermark is stored in the tag which undermines the integrity of tag data.Therefore, a new scheme ZeroFW is proposed, which puts the watermarking in the backend database and makes the watermarking and tag physical isolation. Thus, only authorized readers can access to the watermarking information.This protection of data integrity of the label from the root.The main work of the dissertation:Firstly concerning the security and privacy problem on RFID system,the scheme on protecting RFID security and privacy will be introduced and analyzed. Then introduces the application of fragile watermarking in RFID low cost tag tamper detection, and analyzes the difference、advantages and disadvantages between other scheme on tag tamper detection and fragile watermarking scheme.At last, we analyzes the limitation of fragile watermarking scheme.Secondly, the new proposed ZeroFW will be introduced in detail. The algorithm with lightweight operation and based on the mathematical properties has been proved which can solve the limitation of current scheme on RFID tag tamper detection by making watermarking and tag physical isolation.So, unauthorized reader can’t access the original watermarking information,which avoid the tag owner can’t distinguish whether the tag has been tampered from root.Thirdly, the security of ZeroFW will be analyzed and the performance will be compared.It can meet the goal by combing the identity authentication technology and through formal analysis GNY. With the existing tamper detection scheme comparison, ZeroFW not only has a higher safety performance, but also can judge the label whether has been tampered with in a variety situations.
