Design And Implementation Of IOS-client For A Free Tour Application

Along with development in information technology and popularization of mobile devices, mobile Internet has become an integral part of our daily life. Since people enjoy a higher standard of living, tourism is up. However, traditional forms of travel fail to meet the needs of modern youth. Personalized independent travel becomes prevailing, and a new way to travel free tour will be born. Due to the new ways of tourism and widespread use of mobile Internet, smartphone application in order to give a hand to backpackers comes into being.This thesis is concerned with the development of Free Tour application. By using the modular and hierarchical architecture of iOS platform, build a flexible and scalable software system. User requirement comes from analysis of software feature and user characteristic. This system can be divided into four parts:server side, client side on android platform, client side on iOS and the website. This thesis focuses on the development process of the Free Tour iOS-client. Based on author’s major work, this thesis will introduce the design and implementation of the main interface module the product list module, the browser module, the online payment module and plug-in expansion modules. The main body of this thesis follows the process of software engineering and discusses the project from the client system architecture and the design and implementation of the relevant module.According to the results of system test and user feedback, shows that Free Tour application satisfy basic functional requirements. This application is well appraised by users, and even topped on recommendation list of Apple App Store in China. Animation effects used in landing page gives users a brand new experience. Abundant optional tourism products supply users with a lot of different choices. Mobile payments provide users with convenient access to flights, hotels and many other subscription services. Free Tour application supports the latest iOS8extension which making it adapted to the rapidly development of technology and mobile phone.
