With frequent introduction of financial reform policies, interest rate marketization step by step, a strong private banks join forces, the traditional banking market are facing with more intense competition. Rising requirements on the banks of service forces traditional banking concentrates more on the construction of customer-facing window service. So, many managers and scholars pay more attention to the optimization of queuing theory, including using statistical and mathematical models to simulate a series of practical queuing processing system, which improved the service efficiency of the banking window preliminary. But now, it’s necessary to be improved in the optimization selection queuing model as well as model into other aspects of the system design process for most implemented software.Firstly, this paper researched the most common general model bank queuing system, and then put the author’s optimization strategy, which improved the teller efficiency and effectiveness of banking services by the improved bank queuing system based on the work of information tables, analysis of customer traffic, reasonable arrangements for integrated teller, service windows, and other resources.Secondly, based on the analysis of the banking industry specific business needs, the overall structure and design of hardware and software system implementation will be described. The design method was based on system design implementations of embedded technology, used the cooperation of hardware and software, based on the S3C2440to do the transplantation of Linux system, used SQL Server2005to serve the back-office services, intends to improve the traditional queuing system.As for the choice of hardware, this paper analysis the hardware circuit of the four modules, the LED display module, a call module, a print module and a communication module, of which the print module and a communication module is an integrated product, and the intelligent terminal and the LED display is the call self-designed, respectively, the schematic design and PCB circuit board production. As for software programs design, on the one hand we achieved the main program design and hardware design of the host server and communication between them. On the other hand, we also realized the function of the user’s interface management by using MFC Framework, which can serve our customers better.Finally, we complete the integration of the entire system and test run. The test results show that the banks studied voice call queuing system is stable, fast and reliable communication, good stability of operation, which meet the bank line of functional requirements and the design goal.
