This dissertation investigates the relevanceanalysis method and performance appraisal system, which can promote ruralcommercial bank sustainable development, promote a win-win situation with the bankstaff.Based on the theory of perspective of rural commercial bank performanceevaluation,this paper designed a rural commercial bank performance evaluationsystem.First of all, based on theoretical analysis of the rural commercial bank, whichis to determine the comprehensive evaluation index of the rural commerc ialbank.Secondly, with the analysis of the evaluation factors, the presentation layerrealizes the representation and business separation, so as to reduce the systemcoupling degree. Then, on the basis of mass sample data in the database, in thebusiness logic layer, the system improves the reusability according to the StrutsAction class inheritance and class JavaBeans and other related component technology.Finally, the system simplifies the operation of the database through the Hibernateframe structure on lightweight object encapsulates data persistence operations in datapersistence layer. In addition, the system also used a lot of related technologies on thetransmission performance of the network are optimized and reduce the systemcoupling degree. Thus, allowing the system to meet the requirements of robustness,ease of use, portability and scalability.The application of the rural commercial bank performance evaluation system,achieves distinct economic benefitand socialbenefit. Meanwhile a set of p ractical,efficient and recommendable industrialized methods is supplied for the humanresource management problems. |
