Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Cooperative Office Platform

With the rapid development of economy and the increasingly fierce competition, the enterprise must adapt to the information development, and improve the efficiency of office. The enterprise try to seek a low-cost, high integrated, high-performance, intelligent management application to deal with daily office routine. So based on the demands of the maritime safety administration, it is a very meaningful task to build an cooperative office platform to make the maritime system work more efficiently.This paper is based on the enterprise cooperative office platform. Firstly, the author elaborates the cooperative office platform system’s background and significance, and the situation of information about the office automation at home and abroad. Secondly, based on the business, the author makes a detailed analysis on system’s requirements, including non-functional and functional requirements. Thirdly, according to the requirements analysis, the system architecture is designed, the functional modules have been divided, and the modules are designed. The author selects Java as development language, and chooses the popular B/S structure, selects Struts+Spring+Hibernate framework and Mocha BPM process engine platform, uses Oracle database to store data, uses jQuery framework on the front end.The author independently finished development of the login module, the human resources management module, the authority of personnel and organization module, the task management module, the finance reimbursement module.After series of testing, the system was put into trial operation. It worked stability and did not appear abnormal phenomena. Since it is user-friendly and very easy to operate, it not only meets the requirements well, but also gets positive feedback. The improvement and optimization of this project will be continuously implemented in the actual use.
