With the progress of science and technology, the rapiddevelopment of the Internet era is coming. As expected, people paymore and more attention to the security and copyright of the digitalinformation. Meanwhile, the integrity of digital products is also highlyvalued. Fortunately, digital watermarking technology can solve allthese issues. Until now, people are familiar with semi-watermarkingalgorithms, melting the robust watermark and so on. However, due tothe single function of these algorithms, multi-functionalwatermarking scheme has emerged to meet people’s various needs.Compared with other watermarking algorithms, semi-watermarkingalgorithms not only has a better authentication effect and higherreliability, but also is a good algorithm to deal with the robustness.With these advantages, it has become an important research area inthe digital watermarking.The composition and characteristics of digital watermarking wasstudied in this paper. It also explores a multi-functional watermarkingscheme, which is based on the previous researches on the singlealgorithms. This paper is presented as follows:At the very first, it simply introduces the background of the study,current situations and some basic theoretical knowledge. It mainly gives an introduction of the semi-fragile watermarking and Turbocode. This paper combines Turbo code with digital watermarking. Itfirstly uses scrambling to process the original watermarkinginformation, and then Turbo code is applied to the scramblingwatermarking information, using the error control code. Finally, thecode watermarking is embedded in the original image of LSB. Theexperimental results demonstrate that using digital image to processTurbo code can improve the security and stability of thewatermarking. At the same time, it can also improve the resistanceto various attacks, and reduce the error rate that may occur in theprocess of transmission.The multi-functional digital watermarking algorithm wasinvestigated in this paper, which is based on error correction codingtechnology with semi-watermarking algorithms, and introduces theSVD and wavelet coefficients. It also analyzes an imageauthentication and the recovery watermarking algorithm based onTurbo code. The experimental results show that this scheme has goodrobustness and fragility when it deals with occasional manipulationsand malicious manipulations. It also can enhance the ability of digitalwatermark image to position and recover authentication.
