As a new approach of radio system design, Software Defined Radio promotes the development and progress of the entire radio system engineering technology effectively. As the most widely used communication architecture specification, SC A software radio system in recent years has been developed significantly and applied to a variety of military and civilian radio systems. Its rapid development and application make the software radio system based on SCA standard more and more complicated, which has brought great chanllenges to the management of the SC A software radio platform.From the perspective of the recent SC A software radio system products and their corresponding researches, there is no comprehensive and efficient management plan aiming at the management of the SCA software radio syste m(MSCA-SRS). They are all managed by the management tools and system tools provided by the manufacturer. Such management style is extremely complex with bad compatibility, which leads to the low efficiency and seriously hinder the development and application of SCA software radio system. To solve this problem, a new design for the management service applied to SCA software radio platform are proposed in this paper. Services of managing resources and faults, monitoring, and integration deployment are provided in this management. Meanwhile, the services can be operated on all types of SC A software radio systems and provide efficient platform management to the system because of its good compatibility. To complete this design, the main researchs are as following:1) The architecture, framework principles and programming interfaces of SCA software radio are studied and analysised in detail, inculuding how to achieve compatibility and invoke corresponding interface to realize the related work of platform management.2) Based on existing research on key problem and solution of MSCA-SRS, the design need of the MSCA-SRS is proposed and its compatibility and functionality are analyzed in detail.3) Combined the SCA software framework with demand, the architecture design and function classification are proposed for MSCA-SRS. Finally, the management service is designed in detail and realized in a test system. O nline test and analysis for each module show that the proposed design in this paper can effectively realize the management of resources and faults, the monitoring, and the integrated deployment. It can satisfy the management demand of the existing SCA software radio system and improve the management efficiency.
