| In the new historical period, the new traditional security issues and is closely related to people’s lives, whether ordinary people or in the aspect of research scholars, will focus on the new traditional security issues. Terrorism as a global hotpot issues of new traditional security problems, it is the priority among priorities. However, in our daily life, we learn to terrorism, it is largely dependent on the mass media, mass media, in the face of terrorism, how to effectively play its function, prevent and combat terrorism, is the focus of this paper.This paper referring to the theoretical framework, social responsibility theory, cultivation theory basic point, try to with frame theory as the foundation and framework of media coverage of terrorism events deconstruction, to social responsibility theory construction as the center, the framework of the media report by cultivation theory, further analysis of the overall reporting framework. Specific to the French "Charlie" magazine as an example, analysis of the mass media in the incident, foreign and domestic media to participate, and compared to the domestic and foreign media reports, the content, rhetoric, framework, summed up China’s media industry for the terrorism events reported there are media aphasia, local government information is not open to the media, the media panic of safety related laws and regulations to protect the media lag, uneven level of employees, citizen media security literacy is not high, and the media reports of terrorist incidents are divided into three periods to analyze, at the beginning of the incident, the media for the early warning function of terrorism when the event occurs, the media; for the balance function of terrorism reports; subsided after the incident, the media to guide the work of terrorism can. It is hoped that through the research, the mass media can exert the responsibility of its social justice, and can actively promote the solution of the new traditional security incident. |
