| In electric power industry, in order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of power grids, as the information exchange hub of power grid, the electric power communication network is one of the key construction. With the development of society, the electric power industry will be more informatization and digital, electric power communication network will be carrying a large number of IP business. IP business always needs higher bandwidth and it’s granularity will be bigger. The existing electric power communication network bandwidth will become the bottle neck of power grid development. OTN(Optical transmission network) is a new transmission technology with massive bandwidth. Its network operation, maintenance and management function are very good. People pay more attention on it. Therefore, it is necessary to construct a large capacity OTN backbone transmission network based on the existing electric power communication network’s resources.The channel allocation scheme is an important link in the construction of electric communication network. The business demand in electric communication network grow explosive, and the resource of network is limited. Therefore, how to choose the appropriate business routing and allocate the optimizational wavelength is the most important link in channel allocation scheme. This paper This paper firstly introduces the present situation of electric power communication network, and proposes its disadvantages. It also introduces detailedly the RWA(routing and wavelength assignment) algorithm. And then take for example provincial electric power communication network, analyses the businesssestion division and business needs. To combine with the current situation of regional electric power communication network> this paper designs a practical channel allocation scheme. Finally, this paper also designs a LP-ILP static business model of linear programming based on link protection. In order to verify its practicality, we use different network topologies. Proved the superiority of the proposed algorithm through Contrasted with traditional FAR(Fixed Alternate Routing algorithm)algorithm. This algorithm can save network wavelength resources, and improve the utilization rate of the resources. |
