The technology of we-media flourished for several years since it was born. It combines information and communication and network technology, and reduce the threshold to publish and disseminate information. That it has become one of the most influential media in today’s society. The application and popularization of we-media technology to broaden the channels for citizen access to information, meet the citizens’ desire for freedom of speech, change the way citizens to participate in social affairs.However, the technology of we-media is a double edged sword. It is not only conducive to the development of society and also disrupted the normal social order. This paper attempts to stand in the perspective of management philosophy to analyze and explore the causes and solutions of these issues in order to promote the sound development of we-media and building a harmonious society. The low threshold information release leads to information content varies greatly. And the network emergencies repeated outbreaks, it was not conducive to the stability of the society. This paper attempts to analysis from the relationship between subject and object of this management activities, the relationship between subject and object, the bounden duty of each administration subjects and so on, to proposed concrete solutions. We hope readers can gain a profound understanding of the importance of strengthening and improving the management of the we-media, in order to solve management problems of the information dissemination in the field of we-media fundamentally.
