With the rapid development of China’s high-speed rail industry, EMU spread a large area.Putting the emerging information technology into the traditional railway industry can promotethe great development of the railway industry information. It not only makes the job operationmore convenient, more standardized of the railway workers, but also make it easy to access data,analyze data, manage the data by using computer.CRH5EMU is People’s Republic of Chinasince the introduction of high-speed train cars Alstom for China sixth railway speed.The EMUtrain network control system is to control the moving core component of EMU running, it canget all subsystem components, sensors work data and save it as the train network control data.Train network control data includes all the information of trains running. It is essential to store,analyze and manage for the CRH5EMU train network control data.Through to present specific survey about data analysis works, we completed needs of thesystem overview, system business processes, and determine the functional requirements of thesystem, and consider non-functional requirements. We designed CRH5EMU train networkcontrol data analysis and management system,and improve the current status of data analysiswhich is manually pure analyze now.After the basis of the needs analysis, we design the system architecture. We determine theoverall system architecture design goals, and design overall architecture, functional architectureand technical architecture of the system. Structurally, we uses the B/Sdevelopment framework, combined with the MVC design pattern, and use of Struts2, Spring,MyBatis development framework. Functionally, we mainly design several modules, fault codemodules, control system data module, system management module and so on. In the database,we use the MySql database. In the detailed design of the system, the paper mainly for systemdesign entity classes and modules, focusing on the train control data management and storagedesign.We code it to achieve the above design, the paper describes the pre-configured about thesystem, and user management implementation process describes the specific implementation ofthe system. Finally, we show the detail of fault code module and data management module. Aftera preliminary test, the system successfully parse and store the relevant data train network controlsystem, it storage, analyze and management the train network control data. This system runswell, suitable for practical use.
