Research On Technology Of Green Modular Development Of Electronic Products

With the rapid development of modern science and technology,the scope of application of green modular design technology is becoming more and more widely.In this paper,when researching on the division result of electronic products that based on heuristic module division.Classification results existed the following problems:the first one is that green attributes of product was not considered;the second one is that module evaluation was not comprehensive enough.This paper proposes used the method of green module division to divide the electronic products, used the method of green module evaluation to evaluate results,established electronic products module library that based on Pro/E platform and completed the overall configuration design at last.The specific contents are as following:At first,this paper researched on the electronic products modular partition that based on heuristic module division method.The current research status of related theory and technology green modular design were introduced,the basic theory and process of heuristic module partition was described,completed the module division of electronic products.Secondly,completed the division of green module of electronic products.Aimed at green attributes of product was not considered by the method of green module division,this paper proposes adopted AHP to get the green module division results by analyzing the characteristics of electronic products.Thirdly, the green attributes and modular properties of electronic products were evaluated.Module division results require a evaluation index to assess,the existing evaluation indicators of electronic products is not comprehensive enough.A green evaluation index system was established that based on some fuzzy engineering theories and some mathematical methods and AHP,this paper also put forward an example to verify the feasibility of the evaluation system of green modular design.At last, this paper completed green modular design of the electronic products that based on Pro/E platform.Each module of electronic products was established by the parametric design function of the Pro/E platform,each module library was also created by the Pro/E platform.Finally,all the module configuration of the electronic products were completed by Pro/E platform in this paper.
