For instance, small devices are easy to lose, while the expensive ones are always locked on the closet in fear of missing and damage, which leads to low utilization of the devices. The fast consumption of materials makes it difficult to record the amount. Lighting, air conditioning, fans and other electrical devices waste a lot of energy. The lack of smart management of the power supply of the test bed leads to safety hazard. Besides, there are neither security devices nor intelligent monitoring system to guarantee the safety of the labs. The laboratory personnel go in or out the labs at will due to the lack of convenient registration and intelligent management system. Therefore, However, university laboratory as practical base for personnel training, is shouldering the important mission of "leading innovation, cultivating talents". Therefore, Therefore, the research, design and construction of the "intelligent laboratory" has great practical value and broad application prospects.This thesis first analyzes the studies on intelligent laboratory both at home and abroad, puts forward the system architecture and function definition of intelligent laboratory, creates the communications program between the Router node and Device node and that between the Router node and the server, and designs the data communications agreement and thus establishes the overall framework of intelligent laboratory. The thesis then designs and develops the development platform of the Device node under the overall framework of intelligent laboratory, and creates many Device nodes with various functions on the basis of this development platform, such as the smart LED node, smart socket node, temperature and humidity measuring node and electrical curtain control node. The thesis then creates the server program and PC client program by applying C# Language, on the basis of the Visual Studio development platform, and creates the server program of android phones by applying Java Language, on the basis of Eclipse development platform. The thesis finally integrates and tests the system of intelligent laboratory, and improves its stability with its functions guaranteed and realized. |
