As one of the most valuable resource on the current society, Human Resource plays a significant role in the survival and development of enterprises. As a result, the Human Resource Management in enterprise is particularly important. Almost all kinds of industries are using Human Source Management System to do their routine personnel management,including the aspects of employee profile information, attendance,training, personal performance and so on. But those traditional daily management usually relates to normal data query statistics. Nowadays there becomes more and more talented people and they always have different levels in education background and personal ability. Among them the senior talents have already became the precious social resources. But current Human Resource Management System can not provide a certain decision support function in personnel screening and employee assessment. So I design and implement a Human Resource Management System with decision support function. Not only support personnel profile information module, attendance module, merit-rating module and salary module,but also design employee evaluation function based on Bayes classifier, and resume sorting function to choose certain corresponding resume of human level based on KNN algorithm.And the system can greatly reduce the human management resource cost and improve the efficiency of enterprise recruitment.The text firstly introduces the current status of Human Resource Management System at home and abroad, pointing out significance of developing the system. According to the software engineering standardization processing and considering the actual needs of enterprise human resource management, the demanding salary work comes the second. To be more detail, it selects a popular framework SSH as system architecture program, uses MySQL as database management tool and adopts browser and server model as system building. Thirdly is the system designing work. According to hierarchical layer thinking model, the system is designed as view layer, logic layer and data management layer. The system contains many modules such as employee basic information module, salary management and so on. As well as the feature modules including resume screening function and employee evaluation rating module. Finally is the implementation and testing of the system, especially demonstrate the correctness of decision-supporting function,besides adding some accomplishment pictures and testing result in the end.The Human Resource Management System has improved the work efficiency and reduced the work strength to some extent. It has provided some decision supporting work on the allocation of human resource and hiring arrangement as a valuable attempt on the intelligent personnel selection. Besides, it indeed provides some reference information for enterprise decision-makers to make developing strategies, and gives certain inspiration for the study of human resource management and decision support.
