Their daily work including counter business to deal with, customer consultation, paper processing, etc. This position requires kindly treat customers, to provide customers with banking services and consulting related to their account. They are bank oriented to the main window of the society, their manners on behalf of the bank’s overall image. Their performance is the most direct response out of the bank’s management level. Facing the huge market of banking competition, it is necessary to improve the management level, rural credit cooperatives to improve the management mode of traditional single specification staff performance appraisal process, so as to improve the staff’s work enthusiasm, to win a place in the strong competition.This article through to the deep understanding of the rural credit cooperatives performance appraisal work, combined with counter the actuality of performance appraisal,using the present popular javaweb development technology and Strusts development framework based on MVC pattern, and put forward according to the assessment of KPI examination and quantitative evaluation as the core function of the system design. From the level of service quality, skills, efficiency value three aspects set out bank tellers performance appraisal management system was designed and implemented. This system function mainly includes the following aspects: first is the login function, complete the user identity information verification. The second is the teller and institutions of information management,allows administrators to modify and delete information of teller and department. The third is the business query module, the module implement the query of deal and evaluation data in whole bank or branch. The fourth is statistics and rankings, allowed persons are allowed access to the service, skill and efficiency of statistics and obtain rankings in whole bank or branch. Fifth, business analysis, through the module can detect suspicious data. The sixth is business audit, the audit authority is allowed the administrator of authenticity of the data submitted by the tellers for review. In order to ensure the veracity of evaluation indicator data set, this paper also adopted in data mining based on confidence interval of the anomaly detection algorithm to deal with the inspection data of abnormal data. After a period of development and architecture, the project has been put into use, and the effect of basic meet the needs of the rural credit cooperatives.This system and its each function module is the specification within the bank teller performance appraisal management, the assessment results just, fair, open, not only greatly aroused the teller work enthusiasm, also improve the efficiency of the tellers, enhanced the teller of responsibility. At the same time also hope that this system can to some other bank teller performance appraisal management play a certain reference value. |
