Application Research On Enterprise Intranet Management And Monitoring System

With the development of computer and network security technology, the enterprise intranet to enhance informatization degree, enterprise daily office and business information platform dependent more and more high. At present, the management and monitoring technology of information exchange between various departments within the enterprise is few, especially for the file exchange between government departments which lacks management and control methods. The research of how to manage and monitor the information exchange between different departments within the enterprise effectively is important to control the scope of the secret, prevent security accidents and audit tracing..Firstly,the paper introduces the background and the research content of the enterprise internal control, as well as the purpose and significance of research. Secondly, the necessity, target, thinking and mainstream products of the enterprise internal control are analyzed in detail. Besides, the key technologies used in the development of network monitoring system are summarized as follows: the low resource utilization technology, process protection technology, network access control technology. Based on the technologies mentioned above, this paper put forward the structure and business processes of the system which adopts the object-oriented design method. At last, we expound the specific implementation of the terminal agent, service-side, control software modules in detail. The implementation is verified successfully.
