| With the rapid development of the society, DMF is given more and more concerned by people, people think that it is very important to recover the DMF, if we do it, we can save resources and protect environment. However, because of the complex craft and complicated instruments and so on, most of the recycling systems cannot achieve the fulfill automation. Based on the customer requirements and the actual process, a available project is designed in this article.In this paper, there is a new intelligent control system for DMF recovery, which based on PLC and Kingview. In this system, a series of Siemens S7-300 PLC is used as the system controller, the man-machine interface is designed by Kingview and WinCC, the communicate network is built by industrial Ethernet and OPC, the controlled object is monitored and controlled by the FM355C automatic control module and actual instruments. Because the system need to collect and control a large amount of data, the system has a ability to process large amounts of data, for example, data transfer, data storage, data exchange. With the hardware foundation of FM355C module, the analog control is controlled by the PID closed-loop control strategy, such as temperature, pressure, flow, level. The man-machine interface is designed by the Kingview primarily and by the WinCC for auxiliary, the article details the man-machine interface from three aspects, such as process, curves and data archiving. The screen of man-machine interface is clear and easy to operate, and monitor the entire system.Because of the complexity of the actual industrial environment, and a variety of disturbance which often occur in the process of production, the interference source of the system is studied in the paper, and there are also a variety of anti-jamming measures in this paper. The research and analysis has many model significances. |
