Take the Centralized control and management for air jet looms which are produced in the Weifang Jinshuai Textile Machinery Limited Company as an example, research the question of The enterprise information management system. The main contents of this paper are as follows:l.The system structure design:according to the Textile characteristics and needs of society, analyses the demand of the information management system of textile machinery enterprises, combined with the domestic and international research status, determine the functional modules of information management system, and design the structure of information management system.2. Design the system of Networking scheme:this system use German Siemens launched WINAC which based automation components PC as PROFIBUS-DP master, using EM277(PROFIBUS-DP slave station module) based on the system of the SIEMENS S7200 of the air jet loom which produced Weifang Jinshuai Textile Machinery Limited Company, will build a bus networkthe of PROFBUS-DP with 60 air-jet looms, making full use of the characteristics of open data exchange as WIN AC, to realize the Centralized control and The production management of air jet loom in Siemens industrial control computer.3.Man-machine interface design:according to the control requirements to determine the composition of man-machine interface and database and monitoring software interface, including the system login interface, interface, production report, production setting section, data points Xu part, system alarm part etc.
