To the training system of higher vocational schools, the graduation is not only an important way for the students to improve their practical ability, step into future job smoothly and connect with the market demand closely, but also the core part of students’ practical teaching system.Graduation management involves teachers, students, teaching staff and school leadership management, so the users are more complex and management processes is quite complicated. However, most vocational graduates do not paid enough attention to information management of their graduation design. Most of management tools still remain in manual or semi- information state. Limited funding is also one of the issues.In order to meet the needs of both practical teaching for vocational graduates and the assessment of graduation design, this article aims at the main problem of information management system of graduate design in a vocational school in Kunshan. It is according to the teaching plan of this school’s graduation design practice and its requirements, meeting the actual needs of information management system of graduation design as well as the basic service functions. This article is combined with my own years of teaching experience, through the use of ASP.NET + C # web development language, based on B/S mode layered architecture, from the construction of the campus network server, system architecture, the main function and system testing and maintenance standpoint, with the method of prototyping and based on web, the information management system of vocational graduation design is developed and completed. The main research contents are as follows:1)Firstly, studied the problems in the information management system of vocational graduation design, its main features and of the research status of vocational higher schools’ graduate management system, and then determined the system development programs, and deeply analyzed the key technical line depth in the development program.2)Completed analysis on the needs of information management system of vocational graduation design. Used structured analysis method to get the main function modules of the system requirements and the main data flow, defined factors such as the functional requirements of the system, some non-functional requirements, requirements analysis restriction and quality attributes constraints, and gave the main results of the analysis process;Completed the overall structure of the vocational graduate design information management system design and detailed design. Gave the main contents of the system process based on each user’s systematic features, processes systematic functions, core classes and their relationships. Designed in detail the back-end database and its mode content on the basis of data flow analysis of data items and data storage structure. And eventually described the adjustment and test of the final graduation project information management system.This paper achieves the expected function of vocational graduate design information management system on the premise of its advance, openness, flexibility, security and reliability.
