Thus, it has been brought into focus how to filter this negative information on the Internet.This topic research some related theory and technology on how to achieve Green Internet both at home and abroad. It aims at bring about a kind of effective Green Internet and anti-pornography software for families having youngsters, which helps the parents to effectively manage the online behavior of the youngsters, and provides filter services of harmful information on the Internets, so as to protect the youngsters against negative effects, guide teenagers access health web sites, protect the physical and mental health of young people and let them growth healthy in the pure network.Firstly this paper introduces the overall system requirements. It describes in detail the key technologies used on effectively monitoring the web access and software running, and filtering bad information on the internet. Then it proposes a hierarchical and modular structure model of the system. It also discusses the robustness, scalability and other aspects of the system design. After that, this paper refines the design of the system software architecture. It gives the overall module structure diagram, and describes the communication technologies, the interface design, the key algorithms and implementations of various modules in detail. Afterwards, this paper introduces and demonstrates a few examples of the system. It runs a series of detailed tests on the effectiveness of the system functions, such as web access monitoring and bad information filtering, as well as the stability and performance of the system.
