Teaching quality is the lifeline for school development,all universities make every effort and exploration for improving teaching level and the quality of personnel training.Teaching quality evaluation is an important part of teaching quality guarantee system. Teaching quality evaluation is not only an important means to promote the development of education and teachers’ development, but also an embodiment of the students’ rights and a direct way of communicating between teachers and students.The effect of teaching by students, colleagues and business to evaluate, feed backing all kinds of information for the teacher’s teaching in time. so that the teachers more clearly know the effect of teaching, positive improvement and perfection, to a virtuous circle of development.Moreover, Evaluation of teaching is one of the important indicators of evaluation of higher vocational colleges and a means of monitoring the quality of school running.Education evaluation, this paper base on the existing research at home and abroad of network evaluation system, based on the characteristics and needs of teaching quality evaluation in Chongqing Creation Vocational College, putting forward how to solve the teaching evaluation problem, involve an area wide, large amount of data in complicated and evaluation results not timely, interactive problems and teaching evaluation and how to solve the problem of extracting effective data problem.This course study on teaching evaluation system is based on Access data management system as the basic data, using IIS technology, ASP.NET technology, SQL technology development of online teaching evaluation system. The system overcome the traditional teaching mode on defects, highlight the interactive, real-time, effective, scientific and development etc.
