Design And Implementation Of Educational Management System Of Liaoning University Of Technology

With the development of sociaty, the scales of the schools continue to expand. The daily educational administration has become increasingly complex. The traditional manual method of daily educational administration still exists, which leads to unsecurity and not uniform of date in the process of educational administration management. So it is difficult to undertake management of large-scale school. Using computer can complete the above work fast.After networking of the computer, data transmission can achieve data sharing, avoid the duplicate labor, standardize teaching management, improve the management efficiency and the management level.At present, the educational administration management system has been widely used in universities. However, the educational management system can not fully meet the daily administration work of Liaoning University of Technology. The educational administration management system management system existing in the function is single, all schools use different management systems, function is relatively dispersed, often a work need more personal coordination to complete, greatly reduce the efficiency of the daily administration work. Moreover, management system now are using B/S mode, namely the browser / server mode, use the previous management system of the obsolete technology, there are many security problems, security to the school organization data poses a threat. Therefore, to develop a set of educational administration management system that can meet the daily administration work of the school is an important problem which should be solved at present.In this paper, on the basis of analysis of daily administration work of business of Liaoning University of Technology, we developed a set of system to meet the daily administration work of the school. The system adopts struts + spring + hibernate open source framework for the development, use JSP as the presentation layer, control layer, javaaction as hibernate model as the model layer, and the system design using Oracle database. The student information management module, teacher information management module, course information management module and student achievement Print module and teacher evaluation module and other functions of the educational administration management function are carried out. The system realizes the automation school educational administration management, greatly improving the efficiency of the school educational administration management, reduces the daily workload of school educational administration management personnel. And the system adopts B/S mode, use the browser as the user interface, simple operation, greatly reduces the technical requirements of the operator, can adapt to the daily school educational administration management needs.
