| With the rapid development and popularity of the information superhighway, the online recruitment industry has gradually replaced the traditional job fairs in many regions. However, the various kinds of websites and the evolution of competition in many sites lead to information competing with plagiarism, and these websites even proclaim untrue employment information, which misleads job seekers. Kunshan is in a critical period of economic transition, it is very important for Kunshan to design a fair online job system with high reputation, varied areas and convenience in accordance with high target of human resource market, which contributes to a higher step of the online human resource market of Kunshan.To meet the needs of online recruitment system, it is required that we should start from the needs of it. Towards the analysis of the system design, this paper firstly analyzes what the role played by the users of the system, and declares the needs of both foreground and background users of the system through using case diagram method. On the basis of case descriptions, the writer has designed many functional modules, such as a membership management module, recruitment information publishing module, talents information management module, information searching module, message management module, background management and so forth. The writer also has designed the specific process of every functional module. After analyzing the evaluation and design of the system, ASP language and MS Access 2003 database library are used to analyze and realize the functions of the system. This paper talks about the implementation and operation process of each functional module with the combination of overall-test method which tests the features and performance of the system.With the design and development of the system, it effectively improves the efficiency of the recruitment management as well as the mutual information of employers and employees. It not only enhances the efficiency of recruitment management, but also standardizes the process of recruitment of companies. |
