| With the rapid development of wireless communication technology, the use of radio spectrum resources is increasingly strained and limited, as it is important to monitor and manage of the spectrum resources. Efficient spectrum monitoring system is the effective method to complete the task of monitoring and management of spectrum, and it is also able to complete the spectrum monitoring task in real-time. The article studied a variety of scan modes of the spectrum monitoring, and designed a more robust functional spectrum monitoring system in this perspective.The implementation structure of digital receiver spectrum monitoring system which is studied in the paper is composed of three parts. The first part is the digital down-conversion section, which takes part in monitoring the IF signal processing task, with 21 kinds of variable frequency stepping bandwidth. The second part is the spectrum processing section, which processes the spectrum of the based signal, the operation methods including FFT transforming, extracting, averaging, windowing, and filtering the spectrum data. The last part is the communication interface section, it is primary consists of McBSP interface and GPIO interface, it is used for configuration the parameters for the spectrum monitoring system and transmit the processing data.The spectrum monitoring system is composed of a variety of scan modes to help each other to complete a variety of monitoring tasks. The monitoring system consists of fixed frequency scan mode, panoramic scan mode, search scan mode, multi-channel scan mode and parallel four-channel scan mode. In order to adapt the complicated monitoring environment, the designed multiple scan modes can switch freely to each other, and monitoring a single frequency signal or a wide frequency signal rapidly. The user can set different scan modes to complete various monitoring tasks flexible according to the actual situation.This article has also studied the design and implementation of the remote update of FPGA system in order to solve the shortage of hardware resources, and to upgrade and expand the system version conveniently. It designed an interface communication protocol to send the data of the FPGA program that need to be updated based on the overview of the remote update implementation structure. The feasibility of the designed scheme has passed the test. It not only subtracts the problem of insufficient hardware resources, but also brings with great convenience for the subsequent development of the system.Finally, the designed spectrum monitoring system has passed the system of joint commissioning. All the scan modes are tested from the configuration data to the final transmitting the processing data, and displayed the scan results in the user software intuitive, the results show that the designed scan modes can achieve the desired effect. |
