Design And Implementation Of The Electronic System Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Jinhua People’s Hospital

The medical information is one of the most essential indexes to measure the hospital level. With the application of information technology in various industries, all the hospitals that come from everywhere in China actively response to the call, meanwhile they promote the construction of informazation constantly in their hospital. As a result, with the boosted work efficiency, they can afford the civilization with better sevice. The constrction of informazation transforms the original Hospital Information management System(HIS) that based on financial issues to clinical information system and total management system, where the management of clinical as well as the whole hospital plays an indispensible role. In this paper, I’m going to discuss the electronic diagnose information system that focus on the clinical information management.Current system, which is the electronic diagnosis system aim to study on patient service, medical treatment service as well as management service, is based on the available Hospital Information System(HIS), Picture Archiving and Communication System(PACS) and Laboratory Information System(LIS) of People’s Hospital of Jinhua. It is based on B/S mode and the database adopt Sql server 2008, with the process of the application of C#.NET development tool. This electronic diagnosis system saves data as the type of XML and is displayed in HTML format. Wireless network technology, data mining technology and WEB three layer design mode technology have been successfully applied to this electronic diagnosis system. After being constantly tested and operated, according to the feedbacks that the users reply, the electronic diagnosis system is keeping update and test to be perfect and finally succeed in application in 22 endemic areas in 2 branches of People’s Hospital of Jinhua.With the application of electronic diagnosis system in Jinhua People’s Hospital, the standard of this hospital has been leveled up, in another word; the original individual systems integrate with each other and form a new whole system platform. Consequently, doctors can obtain clinical test and inspect data that collected by Picture Archiving and Communication System and Laboratory Information System directly, meanwhile, all this result data will be copied and transformed into the electronic diagnosis system. Hence, the efficiency of work has been raised up and the mistaked made by manual writing or telephone etc. would have been avoided. As a result, the accuracy of the data collected by this electronic diagnosis system would have been raised up. This system is designed for scientifical study and teaching at first, combined with data mining technology, the scientifical teaching data is produced by daily diagnosis, treatment, test and operation clinical data from this system, which can not only provide the doctors with data preparation for choosing diagnosis or treatment, but also can provide the intern doctors as well as the nurses with learining information, local real patient data, for convenience. Our system uses hierarchical authority management to control the electronic diagnosis system. The authorities of doctors have been divided as followed: House Doctor, Doctor-in-charge, Head of department and Medical Department. And the authorities of nurses have been divided as followed: Ordinary Nurse, Head Nursing, Chief Nurse and Nursing Department. Accroding to the different settings of users, the seriousness of data can so be protected.
