Design And Implementation Of Traffic Information Service Platform

China has been quickly entering a country of urbanization which in turn results in serious traffic problems. The present road conditions cannot be improved with the development of urbanization. This thesis, focusing on city traffic problems, puts forward an inquiring system of public transport information and provides the public fast, convenient information service, optimizes the city transport system, alleviates the city traffic pressure and reduces environmental pollution of the city.On the basis of improving current public traffic congestion, the investigation and analysis of public traffic problems, the study of domestic and foreign public transportation means, the thesis tries to find out a reasonable solution. In the design of the public transport system, the thesis, firstly studies the key technology, the mechanism of construction methods on system modeling. Secondly, it uses component technology and develops the Struts+Spring+Hibernate integration framework which is based on MVC for system designing. In order to solve the problem of public traffic information system complexity, the system for public traffic information is designed for specialized classification, the database design, and the system which ensures data integrity and security. In the specific function module design, the overall design thought takes ARC/INFO system dynamic segmentation of the data structure design, and analyzes and selects the system data access mode.Finally, the system of public traffic information has made the function test and performance test, and realizes the system map module and public transit inquires module. After the final test system, the traffic information service platform designed by the thesis has solved the following problems, such as the limited ways of finding information, the adaption to the changing urban traffic timely, the ability to know the traffic situation well and the ability to meet the convenience of transshipment. This has made some contribution to the urban traffic management.
