Design And Implementation Of Experiment Training Management System On Project–based Teaching

With the development of the economy, more skilled workers are needed in manufacturing industry, which provides new development opportunities for our country’s higher vocational education. In order to improve the quality of vocational education, to train higher quality and skilled personnel, the traditional teaching ideas and methods should be changed.Strengthening the construction of training and practice base is the focus of higher vocational colleges to improve school conditions, highlight the school characteristics, and improve the quality of teaching. It is the key to realize the training mode of working together with learning. With gradual implementation of reforms in vocational colleges and schools, most of the professional courses’ teaching space is gradually shifted from classroom to training center, and with the improvement of teaching conditions, many problems have been exposed in the management of experiment and training centers. For example,with the rapid increasing of material types and quantities, there will be more obvious contradictions between material requirements and teaching implementation, while the purchase of consumables must be approved by different sectors. With the increasing of teaching centers, management staff should be added. And there exist many problems such as the difficult control of student attendance, the conflict of curriculum arrangement, the hard assessment of the experimental training effect and so on. The current experiment and training system can’t satisfy the current teaching requirement and the management system is out-dated.According to the software and hardware conditions of Dongying vocational college, using method of software engineering, net development platform and sqlserver2005 database, analyzing the present situation of domestic experimental training management system and project teaching at home and abroad, this thesis summarized the characteristics and requirement of project-based teaching, proposed program of experimental training which is based on project teaching. This thesis put forward ideas and methods on project and dynamic management of experimental training management system, developed and implemented an experimental training management system with modern professional teaching features. A lot of functions could be achieved in this system, such as redistribution the authority of various functional departments, training course arrangement, checking on students’ attendance and early warning management of material inventory, which makes it possible to manage the experimental training room and equipment, to set the basic information and to control the performance reporting. This system also has the function of performance reports, statistical reports and data statistical reports.This thesis adopted the experience and advice of teacher who is successful in the reform of vocational education and consulted the management mode of brother schools in experimental training which brought reference value for colleges and universities who are developing similar experimental training management system.
