In today’s Internet era, the fiery Internet related products or services emerge in endlessly, the connection and the extension of the network, will be placed in various parts of the world agencies, organizations and individuals such as organically. Under the influence of the "global village", for the management of the company or the company’s management innovation made possible through the Internet, and this is likely to continue to deepen. Affected by the impact of the Internet, through the deepening of understanding, but also through continuous insights on the work, how to become the need to study and solve problems through the Internet to manage customer.The main research work of this paper include the following aspects:(1) the author through review of relevant literature and research results, that the design and development of customer relationship management system is of practical significance. Under the goal guidance, through the user needs analysis of the writing, and then completed the system design, completed the system development work, finally has carried on the system function module test, results are satisfactory. At present, the system has been put into Sichuan communication construction company, customer management.(2) the system based on the Windows platform, the operation of the system is established in the ASP environment, using VBscript as the system main program language, at the same time, MSSQL2005 is chosen as the database of the system, the client’s footsteps in the design and development, Jscript is chosen as the client footsteps. The main function of the system is divided into: the user login, customer information management, contract management, booking management, follow up customer service management, schedule management, user management and other major functional modules. At present the system in Sichuan communication engineering construction company operating more normally, can help complete the customer relationship management work schedule.(3) this paper focuses on the demand analysis, system design and realization are studied. On the demand analysis of the system’s research, with discussion law and the research method mainly has carried on the detailed analysis, in the design of the program is to take the hierarchical design method, and design process of the program is optimized; in the system test, the function test method, carry out the sub function through the design of test case.Through the practical application of the system, can be seen in the near future, the company’s customer management will be more standardized, will use the customer resources more reasonable and effective, will further enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises, and ultimately can effectively enhance the overall efficiency of the enterprise level.
