Now works on THz is modern job and it is Really needed in detection,medical,counterterrorism.Radiation source attracts most of scientist’s attention because it always be the basis of THz science & technology. Gyrotron is a good device for THz. Its electron gun has Large cross section.Its high frequency structure can be Large because the Radius is not Limited by the operation frequency it provides a new way and platform on THz Radiation source. Russia,U.S, Germany, Japan all have spend many works on it.Based on THz gyrotron oscillator’s development trend, the main work on 2nd harmonic wave 0.6THz gyrotron was carried out。This thesis gives the works as following:Firstly, TE17,6 was chosen as the operation mode.A complex cavity which have feature had been designed as the high-frequency structure. The influence of structure on frequency and Q had been carried out. Compared with HFSS, the Results were Reliable。Secondly,the Linear theory was introduced helps us analyzed the 0.6THz second harmonic wave dispersion equation’s also found the Result of coupling coefficient and gave the guiding Radius and draw a starting current picture of operation mode and competition mode.Thirdly,nonlinear self-consistent theory gave a basis to derive the lection motion equation and internal cavity high-frequency field equation in theory. With the help of software,the design of the gyrotron was carried out. Also the analysis of Magnetic, the guiding radius, transverse and Longitudinal velocity Ratio, working voltage, working current’s influence on cooperation efficiency were collected. These reference data can be used when the experiment under operation. |
