As we know, current age is of greatly rapid development of information. Every industry is not independent from Customer Relationship Management. Along with the entrance of the Internet and E-Commerce in China, the need of the CRM has been rapidly risen tenterprises, therefore, customer relationship management(CRM) system has come intbeing. The CRM system improves the degree of satisfaction of the final clients mainly through a depth analysis, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises. “Service change intsales” has created a new profit point, which has realized that the call center gets rid of the traditional definition of “cost center”, changes the cost intopportunity. More meaningful, “Service change intsales” has simultaneously realized the enhancement of enterprise value and the implementation of the social responsibility.It mainly consists of the following main points: customer profile analysis(Profiling), customer loyalty analysis(Persistency), customer profitability analysis(Profitability), client performance analysis(Performance), customers’ future analysis(Prospecting), customer product analysis(Product), customer marketing analysis(Promotion).As society entered a new economic age, the world economy is changing intsuch condition, like the integration of global markets, internationalization of business competition, digitalization of enterprises survival, the enhancement of the competitors. The operation of the business has already broken the district limitation, how to get a place in the international trading system, how twin more market share as well as more market prospects, how to develop and maintain the stable customer source, how to control the operation cost and how to use exsiting source for precision marketing, are the key issues to impact the survival and development of the enterprises.In this background, the new marketing ideas come in being one after another, such as one tone marketing, direct marketing, cross-selling, fans marketing as well as Web-based database marketing, internet marketing, e-commerce and technology-driven marketing and son. Through the research and retrieval the CRM system at home and abroad, the so-called customer relationship management is: provide enterprises with comprehensive management perspective, give enterprises better customer communication skills, enhance its efficiency, improve the yield of the final customer.Letv Group has the history of stable operation, through the accumulation, Letv Group has a solid database of customers, which mainly consist of the information of the phone call customers, the consumers, and its partners. Construct platform for CRM system to support, analysis and follow the Boston RFM rubik’s cube for grading principle, filter out valuable customers to operate depth precisely divide with the customers, and according to the different types of customers for targeted marketing. Enterprises need faster and more accurate precision marketing to customer value, to meet different customer demand for products and services. Making music group all products to make customer perception, and get the best benefits and returns. Place in the competition in the industry, maintain leading position in the industry.
