| In recent years, with the increasing development of communication technology,network technology,and streaming media technology,more and more new service based on the internet is becoming popular, such as IPTV, Vo IP, Vo D and so on. What is the same point among with these new service is that they need high internet transmitssionrate and reliable transmitssionenvironment.However, Due to the difference of users’ network terminals and a variety of network environments, how to keep the reliableand excellentuser experienceis the current research hotspot.The streaming media video transmission technology is the thesis’ s theme. First, the thesis talks about the four key technologies about thenetwork multimedia video service.Second, according to the characteristics of streaming media video itself, thethesis proposes a new video transmission control strategy based on the TFRC algorithm.The new transmission control strategy isdesigned to improve the stability of video transmitssion rate, and reduce the packet jitter. Last, through the test of real network environment based on the Planet Lab, thetesting resultsverify the good transmitssion rate stability onthe improved TFRC algorithm.The thesis is mainly to research the video transmission control algorithm, however, streaming media video system includes four key technologies, they are video compressiontechnology, video transmitssion technology, video buffer processing technologyand video decodingtechnology.so, in order to facilitate the video transmission system in the real environment, this project needsto realizevideo buffer processing technology and video decodingtechnology, of course, the key realization is video transmitssion technology. As for video compression part, the project will use H.264 video files as testing samples. |
