At the same time the implementation result is tested, finally the customer relationship management system is realized in accordance with the jinzhi company. The customer relationship management system contains many functions, including marketing management, customer management, service management, reporting center, auxiliary service, basic information, system management and other functions. Firstly, the domestic and international research statuses of customer relationship management system are analyzed; the concept customer relationship management and ASP.NET technology are researched on, they lay the foundation for follow-up study. Then the sales personnel, corporate executives and other personnel are researched, the requirements are analyzed, combined with the current status of customer relationship management. Secondly, according to the system requirements, the system is designed and implemented using.NET framework, ER technology and tools, the customer relationship management system is formed based on B/S architecture, combined with SQL Server database to realize data management system. Finally, the system is tested using a plurality of test cases, the final test results are in line with expectations.The system not only meets the actual requirements of jinzhi technology company, also has the characteristics of reliable and safe. The whole system accords with the conditions of officially launched.
