| In recent years, living standard of the people and severe environmental pollution improves as much as economy, which lead to cardiovascular disease (CVD) has become a human killer. Each year 17.5 million people die from cardiovascular disease all the world and there is one patient died of CVD in every three deaths. This is because there is no effective, convenient medical facilities to prevent CVD. Electrocardiogram (ECG) signal can reflect the abnormal activity of the heart, so the detection of ECG (ECG) has become a effective mean to prevent and diagnos cardiovascular disease.Traditional ECG monitor system is bulky, high power consumption, expensive and not protable,so it’s hard to prevent CVD conveniently. So the development of a portable, low power consumption, economical, multifunctional ECG monitoring system is imperative. With the rapid development of digital circuits and embedded technology, which provide good conditions for developing a protable ECG monitoring system.This will greatly contributed to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease.We design the portable ECG monitoring system that use S3C6410 microProcessor-based embedded systems, and transplant the cropped Linux kernel in embedded systems. At the same time,we make a file system in the linux system to manage the files. This paper presents a new portable ECG monitoring system which can acquire real-time ECG signal, amplifying, filtering, transmission signal,calculate real-time heart rate, real-time interface display and so on. Entering commands on the touch screen, ECG signal and heart rate will display in the interactive graphical user interface on the real-time. The hardware part of the portable device uses 3.3V voltage supply, which is useful for power consumption reduction. The software part transplants a Linux operating system, not only facilitates the development of this system, but also for the further to develop more application functionalities. After the implementation of portable ECG monitoring system, all functions have been given a appropriate test. Test results present that the function of the system preferably satisfies the design requirements, the functions work very well and have a good performance.The last section of this paper is a conclusion of this work,which also suggests the feasibility of future. |
