This paper studies the rectifying antenna and rectifier circuit of microwave power transmission. More specifically, the main content of this paper are the following:1. Briefly describe the composition of the rectifying antenna system and the operation principle of SIW antenna design and slot antenna. Introduce the way to use Elliot method to design slot antenna, then the principle of microwave rectifying and Diode principle2. Designs and implements the microwave-receiving antenna based on Ka band of SIW. The frequency of operation center is 30 GHz. Studies the relation between susceptance slope of a single slot on SIW and deviation position. Propose a plan of four-dimension slot array. Then, optimizes the deviation and resonance length of every slot based on the principle of Elliot, and proposes a volume-expansion plan for power division network. Next, proposes and simulate an optimization plan of four-dimension slot array, resulting in a fitted antenna array. Third, proposes a formation way for sparse array. Finally, provides two other SIW-related antenna designed by the author.3. Illustrates the principle of designing rectifying circuit. Specifically, describes the simulation and design of rectifying circuit across, but not limited to, the following dimension: selecting and modeling the diode; inputting and outputting filter; the effect of grounding holes; simulating the whole circuit. Also illustrates the rectifying efficiency of using relative method to gauge rectifying circuit, and separately studies and discusses the single tube’s half-wave rectifying circuit and how to use the harmonic wave of antiparallel diode pair to constrain rectifying circuit.
