Design And Realization Of 3G Wireless Internet Billing And Apportion Business In Shandong Province

In telecom industry, despite of the rapid development of 3G wireless internet, the construction of the system is still in an initial stage. Considering the characteristics of 3G wireless internet billing and apportion business, we designed this project.The 3G wireless internet business,with large amounts of data service and clear rules, was analyzed in this paper. Internet business support for the market competition of the telecom operators was taken account in the system requirements analysis. The system design includes two parts: general design and detail design. The former one is to design the framework structure, in which the organization structure, logical architecture and concept model of system are briefly introduced. This belongs to the top layer design. Detail design includes detail analysis of system function module, consideration of business detail and transformation process from the business language to computer language. Besides the functional requirements, the non-functional requirements were also taken into consideration. The detail design provided the basis for the realization of system coding, and then the application system was formed. The final software version can be submitted after testing.Aiming at the characteristics of 3G internet businesses, we examined the original software version in detail. Meanwhile the status of 3G internet business in the market competition was also taken into consideration. With its application, the scalability would be increased greatly, while the routine maintenance work would be dropped sharply and the processing efficiency would be improved greatly. All of these will effectively support the development of 3G internet business.
