| With the continuous development of electronic information technology and the Internet, people’s daily life and work are increasingly dependent on computers. Then the e-government came into being. E-government refers to the use of modern means of communication, computers, the Internet and other reorganization of the government to optimize the organizational structure and work processes into a streamlined, efficient, honest and fair government mode of operation.With the continuous development of e-government, e-government risk gradually people’s attention, but the current domestic e-government risk management software system is not mature.Therefore, in order to achieve e-government risk management of automation and simplicity so even if there is no risk management expertise of government staff can facilitate effective e-government project risk management.This paper presents a kind of "expert knowledge + database mining " as the basis of e-government project risk management models. Using data mining techniques to find new projects and similar projects have been completed and risk management information software database; then analyzed by experts, based on the actual situation of supplementary live corrections.Mining algorithms based on the model paper first in-depth study of the e-government risk management theory and data, and then combine them organically formed the theoretical basis of this article.In this paper, B / S(Browse / Server) software design patterns, Java2 EE + MySql software development tools, based on the MVC Struts framework decoupled mode and Hibernate data persistence technology to complete the article based on the "Database Mining + expert knowledge" of E-government risk management systems.Finally, after the software unit testing, integration testing and system testing prove that the system is safe, stable and efficient working ability. The system is then applied to a real e-government risk management, and achieved good management results. |
