NET is between kernel and applications, combined with the development of Web technology can make the program more efficient in the system development process, background data storage and use with a Microsoft SQL Server database to save, connect to the database using ADO technology, software architecture of the system is browser / server, user without restrictions of time and place of use of the system.Characteristics of the small library management system is easy to operate, strong interaction, the system is divided into four main functional modules, namely the reader information management module, library information management module, system management module and library management module. Information management module in which readers and book information management module consists of four main functions, namely to add, delete, search and modify lending library management module includes two functions to query and update borrow, systems management, including user permissions and system help group two function. Which authority is divided into general users, advanced users and three super- user privileges, representing the right to use three different functions.Meanwhile, the paper did a test library management system, testing the use of unit testing methods were applied for each functional module black-box testing, including the landing module, library information management and information management readers to do the test, the test results show that the system has basically reached the expected results.
